Ninkasi, named for the Sumerian Goddess of fermentation, has been brewing high quality beers, in the Northwest style, since 2006. The Eugene location gives regional access to some of the highest quality brewing ingredients in the world, including pure cascade mountain water from the McKenzie River, Eugene's sole municipal water source, and hops from the Pacific Northwest. Block 15 serves up a wide variety of excellent house crafted brews alongside locally sourced casual foods in a comfortable environment. Block 15 is situated in the heart of downtown Corvallis, Oregon. HUB is Portland's first Eco-Brewpub to offer all organic handcrafted beers, fresh local ingredients, and a sustainable building with a relaxed and casual atmosphere. Brewmaster Christian Ettinger has spent the past year and half constructing his "dream brewpub." HUB incorporates all aspects of sustainability. From composting to rain barrels, and from pervious pavers to hand dryers, we have made every effort to protect "our" future with a thoughtful alternative. Hopworks has four distinct areas including a family friendly restaurant with play area, a vibrant bicycle bar, banquet mezzanine, and outdoor beer-garden. Our 20 barrel brewery produces 4500 barrels a year and provides our restaurant with ten different HUB organic beers on tap and two cask ales at all times. We have parking for seventy cars, eight motorcycles and up to fifty bikes. Our world-class beer, New York style pizza, and wonderful staff are some of the best you will find anywhere.

Belle Vallee Established in April 2002, Belle Vallee Cellars has evolved into a modest sized winery producing approximately 15,000 cases of wine annually. Specializing in Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris grown entirely within the cool climate of the Willamette Valley as well as a variety of Bordeaux ad Rhone varietals grown in Southern Oregon's warmer Rogue Valley. Hand sorting, improved fermentation tank design, temperature control, proprietary yeast strains, the best selection of French Cooperage and years of winemaking experience ensure a level of quality our consumers can rely on year in and year out.
