The Brewers Union Local 180, Oregon’s only Real Ale Pub and Brewery, is a blend of the best of the British Public House, the American spirit of adventure, and the natural scenic beauty of Oregon’s Cascade Mountains. The Local 180 aspires to be neither a restaurant nor a bar, neither a coffeeshop nor a pool hall. Expect to find yourself a comfortable spot in the quiet front parlor, enjoy a cup or two of good coffee and a good book, or show off battle-scars from that last downhill ride in the public bar over a pint of cask conditioned ale.

The Eugene location gives regional access to some of the highest quality brewing ingredients in the world, including pure cascade mountain water from the McKenzie River, Eugene’s sole municipal water source, and hops from the Pacific Northwest. Our focus is on flavorful, balanced beers, and we enjoy what we do.

HUB is Portland’s first Eco-Brewpub to offer all organic handcrafted beers, fresh local ingredients, and a sustainable building with a relaxed and casual atmosphere. Brewmaster Christian Ettinger has spent the past year and half constructing his “dream brewpub.” HUB incorporates all aspects of sustainability. From composting to rain barrels, and from pervious pavers to hand dryers, we have made every effort to protect “our” future with a thoughtful alternative. Hopworks has four distinct areas including a family friendly restaurant with play area, a vibrant bicycle bar, banquet mezzanine, and outdoor beer-garden. Our 20 barrel brewery produces 4500 barrels a year and provides our restaurant with ten different HUB organic beers on tap and two cask ales at all times. Our world-class beer, New York style pizza, and wonderful staff are some of the best you will find anywhere.

Founded in 2003, Left Coast Cellars carefully crafts exclusively estate-grown Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Syrah. Our sustainable, solar-powered estate - situated on the 45th parallel just 15 minutes northwest of Salem, in the heart of the Oregon’s Willamette Valley - consists of 306 acres, 100 of which are devoted to the cultivation of grapes. The remainder of the property is preserved as one of the last stands of old growth white oak trees in the area and contains hiking paths, fruit orchards and flower gardens, along with lakes and streams. Working to fulfill our commitments to the strengths and benefits of biodiversity, we strive to be the best possible stewards of the land. We have also been told we are some of the friendliest people in wine country!

Founded in February 2009, Michelle Plantenberg and Jamie Danek wanted to afford everyone the opportunity to enjoy Kombucha Tea. They saw how Kombucha that was being offered was expensive and that most people did not enjoy the taste. They also believed in local commerce and see that as the best way to reduce our carbon footprint. They went to work brewing some of the best Kombucha Tea Central Oregon has to offer and creating what is now well known as Kombucha Mama. |
